“There's nothing like unrequited love to take all the flavor out of a peanut butter sandwich.”

Peanuts is 60 years old... uurgh it makes me feel my age, not that I am 60, but I remember when Snoopy and Charlie were my companions growing up. Now a cool retro cartoon that is a bench mark for future childhood amusements (or should be, as i grumpily suggest perhaps there is nothing like it for todays kids), it defines many a memory for me. They have been busy though, stamping themselves across many enviable things, t-shirts, shoes, bags and now the windows of Dover Street Market in London. If you pay a visit to Dover street today or indeed until October 11th the windows here are dedicated to the goings on of Linus, Peppermint Pattie and Co.

Collaborations have been made with various designers including:

Lacoste - four different designs using the famous crocodile logo on t-shirts

Converse -  have released a cartoon covered canvas hightop

Longchamp - a shopper

Mulberry - a Bayswater with the cartoon featured across the base of the bag

All are exclusive to DSM, limited stock so once its gone there is no reorder. The Mulberry bag has been tweeted and blogged about, only found in France and Japan so far, but its a-ok, if you go down to the woods today - whoops wrong childhood memory - W1  its there, well until its sold out.
