Ages ago whilst on my S/S press day jaunts I saw the Whistles Spring collection. Amongst the bulging rails there were little gems that my eye gravitated towards. Not least the neon, mid length pleated silk skirt that greeted us, slap bang in the front of the display as we walked through the door.
